A Site Plan
Blueprint
4. Client Design Meeting:

At this stage in the design process, we meet with you to review the site plan development. This meeting gives you a chance to respond specifically to the conceptual design, make any changes, and incorporate your own ideas. Trace paper is used as an overlay to make any revisions.
5. Final Drawings & Plant Lists:

We then make your final design revisions on your site plan and include a plant list that relates to the final drawing and any other details needed to create an estimate for you.
6. Installation of the Design

Once you have approved the final design plan, you will receive a written estimate of the complete project or phases of the project you wish to install. The following describes the different phases of a typical installation:
  1. Property clean-up and preparation for construction.
  2. Hardscaping: stonewalls, patios, walkways, pools, fountains, fencing, arbors, gazebos, pergolas, and trellises, decks, etc.
  3. Soil Preparation: adding the necessary soil amendments, screened topsoil and coarse sand.
  4. Grading.
  5. Transplanting and Planting of trees and shrubs.
  6. Planting perennials and annuals.
  7. Installing soaker hoses/drip irrigation.
  8. Edging, mulching, and clean-up.
